i wanted to respond to your survey but i can't mix a ratio to spread the responsibility. i'm pretty sure that there is not just one "group" that is responsible for the general state of education in the usa
I also found an alternative way to express honesty about problems in education:you just have to vote 4 times in order to do that!And lets try to leave students out of it.
